Primavera P6 Software Training
Construction Science (CnS) can train your employees in the use of the most powerful scheduling software program in the world: Primavera P6 by Oracle. Unlike traditional software training programs that only cover the features and functions of the software, our programs include the proper methods for creating and updating construction schedules. Our software knowledge combined with nearly three decades of "hands-on" scheduling experience will help you develop the best practices in the industry.
Moreover, our Primavera P6 training programs offer the maximum flexibility and convenience. We train your employees when and where you need it. Training programs can be customized to cover subject areas you feel are most important. Construction Science also provide follow-up sessions to assist users as they become more proficient with the software.
Construction Science's Primavera P6 online and in-person training programs were designed by Managing Partner
Bill Pepoon, a Primavera subject matter expert and master scheduler with 28 years experience. Mr. Pepoon
prepared his first CPM construction schedule in 1983, the same year that Primavera - the industry leader in project management software - opened its doors for business. He has experienced the growth in project management software from its inception, establishing himself as an authority on project management software and its application.

Our in-person Primavera P6 software training is especially useful for
Caltrans projects, which require commercial Primavera software training at a location acceptable to the Engineer. Construction Science was the first company to develop a Primavera P6 training program specifically for Caltrans projects. We provide training for all 12 Caltrans Districts.
Update: Caltrans issued Construction Policy Bulletin 11-1 on May 17, 2011 regarding Primavera P6 scheduling software. CPB 11-1 requires that Primavera P6 be used on all projects costing over $1 Million and a duration of 100 working days or longer.

Primavera P6 Online Training
Construction Science offer weekly online P6 training programs to allow our clients to plan training sessions in advance. These very intensive programs will give you the tools necessary to create a baseline schedule in Primavera P6, update the schedule, import and export data, and publish the results.
All of our online P6 training programs are conducted live by an instructor, allowing for questions and answers from program participants. We utilize GoToMeeting software, which allows our instructor to share the Primavera P6 software with participants. After the class we will also show you how to download a free evaluation copy of Primavera P6 that you can try for 30 days.

Online classes are scheduled 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (PST) Monday and Friday of every week. No other Primavera P6 online program offers this many classes. Weekend classes can also be arranged by contacting lead instructor

Primavera P6 Quick FixTM Program
Do you have a Primavera P6 schedule already in place that is not behaving itself? Having trouble finding the critical path, getting the logic right or other issues? Construction Science also has a Primavera P6 Quick Fix
TM Program. We will review your schedule in our offices and then meet with you online to discuss our recommendations, once again using
GoToMeeting software. Unlike our Primavera P6 Quick Start
TM program, however, these online sessions are devoted entirely to you and scheduled at your convenience.
The cost of our Primavera P6 Quick FixTM Program is $495. Payment is due in advance of services. We will contact you upon receipt of payment to arrange a convenient time for the online review.
