Construction Science (CnS) was established in 2010 but our consulting experience began in 1983. Based in Northern California, we have worked on projects all over the United States and Internationally. Since 1983 our consultants have successfully completed more than 500 consulting engagements. Bill Pepoon, Managing Partner, explains the philosophy of Construction Science this way: "Construction Science combines the best practices of other consulting firms that I have worked for, along with some ideas that I have wanted to try for quite some time. Mr. Pepoon was most recently Managing Consultant at ADR Consulting, also based in Northern California. Prior to that he was a Senior Consultant with CCL Construction Consultants in Overland Park, Kansas and Wagner-Hohns-Inglis in Mt. Laurel, NJ.
